What are the benefits of becoming a student leader?
Our student leaders gain valuable skills such as team decision making, effective communication, advocacy and networking. Students attend biweekly meetings and lead volunteer efforts such as Second Harvest Food Distribution days, Open House, Graduation ceremony, and other campus events.

What are some of the activities that Student Leaders do?
The students build communication skills by reporting back to their home class on topics discussed in the meetings. They also convey details about future events that the students can engage in.This year, the student leadership group will create community building activities to increase student involvement in and out of the classroom.
