Medical Assistant Back Office
Assist physicians in the back office of a doctor's office, or clinic, with basic patient care procedures, including lab work. A 120 to 160 hours clinical assignment at a different site by arrangement is required.
Prerequisite: Within the first five weeks of class, students must have the following test/shots: TB, MMR, Varicella titer, Hep B, Tdap, flu (during flu season), and complete a physical exam.
